Tzur Moshe, a Moshav founded by Greek immigrants, is where the owners of Kofinas chose to build this Mediterranean-Balkan restaurant.
Located right next to Tzur Moshe's visitors center, we wanted Kofinas to pay homage to its Balkan roots and first beginnings as an agricultural village.
